I had the opportunity to learn about Biblical counseling at a week-long conference. I had been studying and teaching the Bible for about ten years at the time. After our first day of lectures, conversations, and trips to the resource center, I looked at my friend and declared, “I have found my people!”

It’s hard to believe that it’s already the beginning of June, which means it’s summer break for a lot of people. How did we get here so fast? As a kid, summers seemed endless, until they weren’t. As an adult, things are not much different. My life is often busy and time moves fast.
